2025 ASSESSMENT FEE

The 2025 annual assessment fee is as follows:

   Primary lot with or without a home      $299.48

Secondary lot(s) with a home                   $299.4

Secondary lot(s) without a home           $99.83

Assessments are due annually by January 31st
