You can also go to https://www.tellercounty.gov, select County Departments, then Public Works, then Department of Transportation and click on their Contact Us - Email.

Cripple Creek Mountain Estates office will no longer be taking complaint forms for grading the road. You must contact the Teller County Department of Transportation.
