2026 ASSESSMENT FEE

The 2026 annual assessment fee is as follows:

   Primary lot with or without a home      $299.48

   Secondary lot(s) with a home                   $299.48

   Secondary lot(s) without a home             $99.83

There are multiple ways to pay your assessment. You can pay by cash, money order or by check and NOT be charged a processing fee.  Make checks

 and money orders payable to CCME POA.  Mail these payments to:

For the 2026 Assessment fee, you will be charged a processing fee of 2.99% for credit card payments, debt card payments and payments through 

Apple Pay and PayPal.  

Bank Account payments (ACH) will have a processing fee of 1%.

Assessments are due by January 31, 2026. 

Assessments are due by January 31 of EACH year!

1st Notice of Overdue Payment letters were mailed in early March for owners who have not paid the 2026 assessment. Due date is April 1, 2026.
