The Lodge RENTAL
Located in our beautiful community of Cripple Creek Mountain Estates. Our Lodge can be rented out for various events such as Birthday parties, Weddings, Graduations, Celebration of Life or just Family get togethers.
We also offer our audio system and kitchen for use.
We have added a beautiful cement pad out back that can be used for outdoor events.
Cost:
Security Deposit Paid at time of scheduling
CCME Member- $200.00
Non CCME Member- $500.00
Usage Fee:
CCME Member - $100.00 per day
Non CCME Member- $ 1000.00 per day
Host Fee: 80.00 per day

Assessments are due Saturday, January 31, 2026.

If you would like a link to pay online, please call or email your request our office. (There is a 2.99% processing fee added to all Credit card transactions). There is NO processing fee for paying by check, cash or money order.
